Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP)

The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP), developed by Eckerd College, is an empirically based, cutting-edge assessment tool based on extensive research into the traits, motivations and skills of entrepreneurs. This online assessment, which takes roughly 10-15 minutes to complete, helps everyone—students, entrepreneurs, job seekers, leaders—assess the degree to which they are utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset, an essential attribute to sustaining growth and innovation within organizations. Exploring how an entrepreneurial mindset can move an individual forward is a great asset that provides the user critical self-awareness as well as a benchmark of their innovation strengths and areas for development. For coaches, consultants, trainers, educators and leaders who wish to use the EMP with their own clients, students or employees, we offer EMP certification to ensure that you have a clear and thorough understanding of the EMP’s development, interpretation, and application.
