The National Dental Foundation (NDF) is a charitable organisation that facilitates the provision of pro bono dental treatment to those in our society who cannot access timely dental care. The NDF currently works with major registered charities who look after the homeless, street kids and those in other genuinely needy circumstances. http://www.nationaldentalfoundation.org.auThe responsibility of the state coordinator is to:➢ Arrange 'Dental Rescue Days' for the genuine needy.➢ Be the key liaison person between the NDF state branch and the established charities who are invited to refer patients for dental treatment.➢ Be the contact person for dental volunteers and assist in recruiting dental professional staff and practices for selected Dental Rescue Days and other programs.
