I serve a project leader and subject matter expert in Registered Apprenticeship and the broad spectrum of work-based learning writ large. Currently my bodies of work focus on youth apprenticeship and educator apprenticeship. As part of my youth apprenticeship work, I collaborate with community partners to connect education with industry and create talent development solutions that help young people develop skills that are in demand in the labor market. My work in educator apprenticeship aims to address K-12 teacher and paraprofessional shortages, breakdown barriers to entry, and develop a future generation of educators that share the same lived experiences as the students they teach.
