Responsible for leading and managing the analysis, planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of the training and education programs for Sysmex products in support of both external customers and internal stakeholders in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Partner with the Center for Learning (CFL) leadership team in executing corporate strategy. Demonstrate a passion for training excellence and innovation along with a commitment to superior learner experience. Assign and oversee projects of ID team balancing business priorities, workload, and individual team members’ strengths. Review team’s work and provide support as needed. Lead ID on new product launch team. Work with internal stakeholders, SME’s, and global training team to support the launch of new Sysmex products. Assign and oversee the ID team’s work on the design, development and implementation of training resources needed to support the educational needs of both external customers and internal associates. Manage the localization of training materials to support all Sysmex America’s locations. Assist with the definition of key metrics to measure learner satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results related to training. Participate in the review of and response to customer feedback on a timely basis. Responsible for new employee integration into the ID team. Assist with development of ID team annual goals. Support the monitoring and attainment of goals to support the Assistant Director, Center for Learning in managing the ID team. Using advanced instructional design processes and writing skills, develop learning program materials for a wide range of educational topics to be delivered via instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, synchronous, and asynchronous online training methods. Work within the highly regulated medical device environment by following proscribed approval processes for all training materials developed.
