Hi there! I'm a Canadian native originally from Calgary and now reside in Tucson, Arizona with my spouse of over two decades and our four children. Family is a top priority for me, and I enjoy spending my free time with them, whether it's vacationing, hiking or playing/watching hockey.I'm also an avid reader, with a particular interest in healthcare and wellness. As a chiropractor with Premise Health, I'm passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal health and wellness through effective chiropractic care. I earned my degree in chiropractic from the University of Western States and hold a Bachelor's degree in Anatomy and Physiology.In addition to my role with Premise Health, I also run my own chiropractic practice in Marana, AZ, called Gladden Farms Chiropractic. I'm a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and an Active Release Technique provider, and I have a broad range of experience across several fields, including restaurant management, catering, funeral services, and sales.I'm excited to continue to learn and grow in my field while helping people achieve their health goals.
