I am leading the Brand Advertising & Marketing Strategy engineering team with 30+ engineers and managers on board. I am responsible for engineering products in the area of Advertising experimentation, Ads Lift Testing, Ads Forecasting, Insights, and Recommendations. I am also leading multiple Brand Advertising-related initiatives including Reach&Frequency optimization, privacy-first Brand Adbertising, and more. Worked on Ads Quality including Machine Learning spam detection models as well as manual review components. I used all LinkedIn favorite technologies for my everyday job, including Pig and Hive on Hadoop for backend data processing, Spark and Scala for Machine Learning, RestLi/Kafka/Espresso to develop services, Play, and Dust for a frontend.1. Led review flow development for new form-based lead collection ad product.2. Implemented experimental ads content classifier using word embeddings and recurrent neural networks.

As a technical founder of the consulting company, I was responsible for building a strong technical team of engineers that deliver complex projects on time. I helped to shape a technical stack and competency of the team around cloud and mobile software development. I also established development practices like code reviews and agile rituals. As the CIO of the company, I was in charge of engineering hiring, project budgeting, negotiations, and architecture reviews. I personally designed and led the development team of i.Portal content management system (distributed content and apps platform with advanced computational resource management, ACLs, binary and structured data storage) and i.Logos learning system (Course content management, University org structure, student ACLs, student performance management, and reporting), contributed as a critical consultant to the initial version of the Organizer platform.During my tenure in the company I extensively used Java Web stack (Tomcat/Hibernate/Spring/JDBC) and Google Cloud Platform (AppEngine/Compute Engine/Cloud Datastore/BigQuery) and API (Map, Image processing, etc), wrote Android and JS Frontend code.

I was in charge of the company product architecture, back-end and front-end development using Google AppEngine, Google Web-Toolkit, Google Maps, Android and other Google technologies.
