I am a dedicated professional with a strong project management, auditing, management, and finance background. Over my two-decade career, I have demonstrated exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to solving real-world problems.I am particularly passionate about using my expertise to support charitable initiatives, social enterprises, Aboriginal-led organisations, and community development to drive positive community impacts. I have successfully managed complex projects, led audit teams, and improved organizational efficiencies throughout my career. My experience includes supporting Indigenous communities in Bolivia through skill development projects and coordinating volunteer activities that significantly increased community engagement. With Indigenous roots from the Tupiguarani peoples in Bolivia, I am motivated to study and support successful Indigenous organisations and businesses that create social value and reasonable economic perspectives while considering sustainable regional development initiatives.I am attracted to researching Indigenous-Driven Development, including fieldwork in partnership with Indigenous organisations within Indigenous communities. I aim to explore the diverse Indigenous approaches to development, including their philosophical underpinnings and the methods and practical strategies to facilitate and support such development. Specifically, I am interested in understanding local conceptions of development and the concept of 'living well' within Indigenous communities.
