In my current role at tesa’s Michigan site, I focus on implementing our high-level strategy and executing large-scale expansion initiatives. I lead three teams in quality, production processes, and innovation scale up, ensuring their alignment with the tesa Sparta‘s aggressive growth objectives. My work emphasizes strategic oversight, resource management, and cross-functional coordination to maximize operational efficiency.Leadership Across Three Teams: I guide and expand three critical teams, growing their capabilities to meet increasing demands while ensuring leadership within each team is built for future challenges.Facility Integration: Directed the seamless integration of three facilities into one unified operation in our Sparta site, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving collaboration across all functions.Expansion and Innovation Strategy: Developed and implemented a comprehensive roadmap for process improvement and innovation, positioning the plant to capitalize on new market opportunities, such as in the building industry or the EV battery sector.

As a key member of the plant management team at the Michigan site, I led innovation initiatives and managed a significant budget. I expanded the team from 3 to 16 members, and developed a comprehensive roadmap for process improvement and tool implementation at the Sparta plant. I also played a pivotal role in shaping the plant’s culture by establishing the motto, ‘Innovate. Growth. Repeat.’ and drove the plant’s growth ambitions during my tenure.

Grew and led process development team for tesa’s ACX and ACXplus product line, working closely with multiple business units such as Electronics, Automotive, and others. I played a pivotal role in optimizing the ACXplus 78xx-series and it’s derivatives for cost-effectiveness and was part of the team that introduced ACXplus to the electronics portfolio.

Worked hands-on across various product lines (Automotive, Electronics, Foamfix, Printing) and led efforts in optimizing production processes, achieving significant cost savings. I managed over 120 product roll-outs and was integral in qualifying new production equipment.
