Completed Ph.D. as a UGC NET Junior & Senior Research Fellow (2017-2022) at Dpt. of Psychology, Pune University. Topic 'The Effect of Yoga on Psychological Well-Being, Self-Esteem, Self-Efficacy, Locus of Control and Neuroticism'.Honed my skills of designing a research, planning & executing a detailed intervention/program, collecting large data, analysing the data using quantitative (t-test, ANOVA, regression, etc.), & qualitative (thematic, content analysis) methods, research writing ( Proposals, Reports), & leadership, problem solving, & interpersonal skills.

• Field Investigator (Jan-July 2016) - Conducted data collection, test administration, test interpretation, establishing psychometric properties, data analysis on a varied & large sample. One of the authors of the published psychometric test ‘Family Culture Inventory’. • Research Assistant (Aug-Dec, 2016) - Generated 3 research papers by handling large data set, 2 of them published. Performed quantitative analysis (inferential statistics, t-test, multivariate, regression) on the data of 1000s of participants.
