This exciting role includes but is not limited to:• Providing expert second opinions to doctors on expeditions regarding complex or emergency medical care via satellite phones.• Providing a link between Earth’s Edge and clients GP’s/Family Doctors, ensuring medical queries are dealt with effectively and succinctly.• The collection of data and formulation of future research for publication in order to improve global knowledge of high altitude medicine, whilst maintaining our own high standards of care.• The recruitment of doctors for a wide variety of high altitude and remote expeditions around the world with Earth’s Edge.• Continuing my current role as an expedition doctor on numerous treks to high and remote locations globally.
