I am the son of a high school football coach. Watching dad work with his teams, I recognized the value of having people in your life committed to helping you succeed. People are more likely to succeed if they have people around them that care deeply and believe in them. Later in life, it became apparent that what I was witnessing with my dad and his players was leadership in its purest form. I bought into the idea that leaders can only be successful if the people they are leading succeed. My mission is to connect with other leaders and to amplify their impact by focusing on character and competence based solutions.
