The Harding University Center for Leadership & Development is comprised of a dedicated team of faculty and staff who are deeply committed to providing our students access to a life changing academic experience. We offer the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, three graduate certificate programs (Executive and Workplace Coaching, Human Resource Management and Learning and Development), and an accelerated undergraduate minor in Leadership and Innovation. We are recognized for our student-first focus, our competency based curriculum, the quality of our faculty, our convenient online format, the affordability of our academic offerings, and the integration of faith into a high quality academic experience.
