Responsibility for creation and development of new business unit (Experience Design) for everis. Managing customer relationships. Sell-on and partner support for attracting new customers. Responsible for developing Experience Design services in signing and project management. Setting up and developed services for all everis offices around the world.Head of 30 professionals, with specialist and international profiles (Graphic designer, information architecture experts, user interface experts, Usability Consultant, etc.) based in Madrid and Barcelona and provide ExD services at all of our offices.During this years I've advised companies such as La Caixa, elaCaixa, Banco Popular, Banc Sabadell, BCP (Peru), BBVA Bancomer (México), Santillana, FinConsum, Ministerio Administración Pública, Generalitat de Catalunya, OAMI, Grupo Anuntis, Barcelo, H10 hoteles, etc.

I havedefined and developed the services of the Usability laboratory of Gamma Management,the management of program of alliances with the programs TechSmith Morae and TobiiEye tracking and the infrastructure required for the presentation of our services in theGlobal Internet Congress 2006.
