Design of UX/UI projects for Zurich Insurance, working closely with other UX/UI designers, UX Researchers, UX copywriters and service designers in Agile methodology. I've been working in projects such as mobile apps and responsive web portals, with close collaboration with the Design System team, stakeholders, developers and other collaborators.During the development of the projects, I have worked in various phases of the project, going through ideation, content structure, heuristic analysis, design of userflows and wireframes, UI design, creation of interactive prototypes in Figma for usabilty tests with users in UserZoom, executed and analysed by the team's UX Researchers, in a very good collaborative work environment.

During my stay at Machinas, I have worked on different types of UX/UI design projects, mainly for the German outdoor clothing and equipment manufacturer Jack Wolfskin. I have worked on projects of different complexity: from simple projects such as landing pages for a specific product or campaign to more complex projects such as My Account, Checkout, and product finders, as well as the creation, maintenance, and redesign of the brand's Design System. I have actively participated in regular meetings with the client for decision-making during several projects, as well as during the rebranding process of the brand and the entire update of the e-shop.During the development of the projects, I have worked hand in hand with the art director, as well as with the client to offer the best solution for each project, always keeping in mind the needs of the client and the brand, from the ideation phase until the final delivery of the project, going through the benchmark phase, creation of wireframes, layouts for all types of devices, interactive prototypes, and preparation of guidelines and deliverables, all in Figma. I have also collaborated closely with the front-end and back-end developers during the implementation process of all the projects.Sometimes I have also supervised other people in their work, helping them to grow professionally.I have also occasionally collaborated with other colleagues on projects for other clients such as Birkenstock and Esprit, among others.
