Kla Tencor is company leader supply metrology and yield solution for semiconductor business.Specifically I have been servicing photomask inspection tool since I joined the Company; main Customer I am working for is DNP Photomask Europe in Milan area.Servicing these tool requires knowledge in different fields such as software (mainly Unix), electric ,mechanical ,optics and pneumatic. All combined together for successful troubleshooting.My actual position include all of the followingo System installation and repair at Customer site in clean room environmento Planning, implementation and coordination of scheduled system maintenance and specific tool project (i.e software upgrade, retrofit)o Main point of contact for customers for system (both service and application) related issueso Organize and attend meeting with Customero Involved in product enhancements and optimizations in cooperation with the parent company in USAo Filling internal documentation in regard of tool status and availability,spare parts ordered and returnedo Best Know Method definition, implementation and adoption
