I have been an Executive Coach for 20 years. In 2011, I teamed with a talented group of entrepreneurs and former executives to create Robert Gregory Partners. We experienced incredible growth as a result of the extraordinary coaching services we provided to our large, global client base. In 2017, FranklinCovey acquired Robert Gregory Partners to become FranklinCovey's Executive Coaching practice. In 2022, I joined the telos institute as an Executive Coach and Chief Business Development Officer. the telos institute is where the world’s leaders in business and industry come to hone their leadership skills, optimize their business strategy and embrace change as a strategic advantage. By harnessing the power of liminal space, leaders are able not just survive rapid change and disruption, but thrive as a result of the challenges they face.
