Scaling an application suite that processes and triages real-time IoT data to generate predictive and prescriptive insights to drive automation, saving $1.8M YoY.Shaped vision and roadmap while making trade-offs based on technological constraints. Pivoted to from a predictive to a prescriptive product while convincing senior leadership and stakeholders of the new approach. • Directed team of 2 student officers at national level to secure $70K financing enabling topstudents from across the nation to attend America’s biggest nuclear innovation conference

• Headed diverse team of 6 officers to organize 20 on-campus events including Toastmaster-stylegeneral meetings, industry and national lab networking presentations, and female-focusedSTEM Extravaganza event with Girl Scouts of New Mexico•Executed an outreach event to educate approximately 100 high school students in 7 different class ranging from 5th grade to seniors at Hope Christian High School and Eastern Hills Christians Academy about nuclear energy.• Petitioned and negotiated fund of 3950 USD from School of Engineering and the ASUNM (Associated Students of the University of New Mexico) to enable attendance and participation of 4 students at the ANS Winter meeting 2018.•Petitioned and negotiated fund of 700 USD from ANS Trinity Chapter and Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM) for student activities like Fall BBQ and “The New Fire” nuclear movie screening.

• Managed 2 PhD students and one Post-Doc on optimizing process of nano-scale fabrication ofceramic composite samples for de-bonding resulting in 40% reduction in testing time• Performed descriptive analytics of Digital Image Correlation (DIC) data to compare adhesiveperformance of ceramic fuel coatings boosting reactor safe-operation margins by 30%

• Investigated effect of various microstructure on physical properties of 14YWT Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) alloy using Nanoindentation, Laser Flash Apparatus (LFA) and SEM/FIB techniques.• Applied Machine Learning Techniques like Convolutional Neural Networks to enable irradiation defect quantification with creation of ground truth defect-labeled images• Application: Generation IV nuclear reactor structural component manufacturing

• Implemented Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Gaussian Process on Argon Collisional Radiative model to eliminate manual iterative guessing• Obtained skills in measuring plasma flow velocity profiles using Mach Probe and Argon helicon plasma neutral profiles using Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF).

• Instructed 20 students in 9th and 10th grade Algebra and Geometry using novel Socratic andscaffolding techniques resulting in 23% increase in grades year over year and 100% passing• Mentored 7 STEM honors students resulting in their selection for University of Illinois atUrbana-Champaign's Engineering Pathways (guaranteed admissions) program
