With over 20 years of work experience in post-secondary and secondary education, I am a passionate and dedicated educational consultant who strives to empower learners, educators, and institutions to achieve their full potential. I have a doctorate in educational leadership and administration, and two master's degrees in justice and public safety, and secondary education and teaching. I am currently an educational consultant at RAYed Partners, LLC, where I provide customized solutions and support to clients in various educational settings and contexts.At RAYed Partners, LLC, I leverage my skills and knowledge in university teaching, training, and literacy to design and deliver effective and engaging learning programs and curricula, conduct research and evaluation, and facilitate professional development and coaching. I also collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure the quality and alignment of the services and outcomes with the clients' goals and needs. Some of the projects that I have worked on include developing a literacy intervention program for a K-12 school district, conducting a needs assessment and gap analysis for a community college, and creating a leadership development plan for a university.
