Paula grew up in Long Island, New York where she discovered her love for the outdoors. In 2005, Paula earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iona College. She spent 6 years working in marketing for various media companies in NY before pursuing her passion for physical fitness and science. In 2014, Paula earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary's University. She served her community through sports rehabilitation, orthopedic physical therapy, and pelvic health rehabilitation. In 2018, Paula became a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through Polestar Pilates training. She utilizes her Pilates training in the education and physical rehabilitation of her clients. In 2019, Paula received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certificate through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institue. She specializes in urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunction in patients from 15 to 98 years old. She currently owns Elderberry Healthcare and Physical Therapy which serves Los Angels beach cities and now is expanding into San Diego.When Paula is not working, you can find her playing beach volleyball or surfing the Southern California beaches.
