Elderberry Healthcare and Physical Therapy, Inc. is a collective of professionals providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to the aging population. Our unique mobile outpatient therapy model brings the clinic to the home - allowing flexibility for both patients' and therapists'. Our goal is to assist clients in preserving the lifestyle they cherish through our mobile and virtual services. We focus on preventive physical therapy to reduce injuries and improve longevity. Elderberry promotes annual check-ups to assess mobility, endurance, posture and strength for personalized injury prevention plans. The goal is to empower the community to prevent injuries proactively. We also contract with exceptional providers for Occupational and Speech therapy. This allows Elderberry to provide services to our clients based on their needs.
