Currently the President of the Saratoga Center for High-Performance Organizations, Inc., one of the Commonwealth Centers for High-Performance (CCHPO) a management consulting network focused on improving organizational performance and managing large scale organizational change in the public and private sectors. Finalizing research papers summarizing five-years of efforts enabling renewing and re-framing foundational organizational cultures supporting accelerated principle-based, high-performance learning organizations. Working closely with the RPI Lally School of Management MBA Director and the terrific team within the Lally School MBA and MS Career Resources Center during the Spring Semester, we'll provide learning experiences and opportunities for first year MBA students as part of their Professional Development efforts. This semester will have a focus on the 'Neuroscience of Learning for Coaching & Leadership Development" with a combination of experiential in-class exercises and visits to/from local leaders in entrepreneurial organizations. Additionally, this MBA cohort will have a 'first of a kind for RPI' trip to Silicon Valley to visit with and learn from multiple organizations utilizing the RPI Alumnae Network and PDW II will help the students that are participating in that trip prepare for and learn from this exciting opportunity.

Leading current KAPL implementation of transformational models for organizational change, such as Covey's Principle Centered Leadership and High-Performance Organizations. Control budget and design for training programs, including Baldrige efforts..•Obtained Meyers-Briggs and Kirton KAI certification and integrated material into workshops. •Brought Managerial Assessment of Proficiency in-house and utilized with all top level mangers. Conducted workshops in Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving, Creative Problem Solving, Team Effectiveness, Effective Presentation and Listening, Cultural Diversity, Process Reviews (Total Quality Management), Train-the-Trainer, and Technical Writing.•Directed training activities for navy and civilian personnel, including instructor certifications, student qualifications, supervisory development and all supporting operations.

•Led the safe operation and maintenance of one of four nuclear powered training prototypes with three hundred operators qualifying eight hundred students per year with an operating budget of over twenty million dollars per year.•Initiated significant Continuous Improvement activities resulting in marked improvements in operating conditions for a thirty-year old plant.•Created and implemented leadership training programs for all levels of the operating plant with resulting improved operating margins.
