Phil Norton is National Managing Director for the Management Liability Practice at Gallagher. His responsibilities include consulting and placement activities for D&O, E&O and all other financial lines, including Cyber and M&A. Phil is regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities in his field, having published and spoken throughout North America, Bermuda, Europe, and Asia. Dr. Norton, also a 8-time Risk and Insurance magazine Power Broker, was previously Managing Director with Sedgwick. Prior to Sedgwick, he led the D&O consulting practice for Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson), holding seminars and authoring the Wyatt D&O survey report. He started his career at CNA.
