I have been in this role for more than three years, and I am responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of health insurance claims and services. I use my expertise in pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and medical writing to review, analyze, and report adverse events, drug interactions, and medical errors that may occur during the delivery of health care.My passion for improving health care quality and patient safety stems from my diverse and rich background in dentistry, health insurance. I have a PG Diploma in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Data Management, a Diploma in Medical Writing, and a Master of Dental Surgery. I have also worked as a Medical Writer and an Assistant Professor at a Dental College, where I gained valuable experience in conducting and communicating clinical research.
