From an early age, I believed that a holistic, sustained change in society is based on our childhood experiences. I was fascinated by the human brain and its response to the environment. I decided to be a doctor but it was clear that I wanted to learn more about the human brain and use it to improve the lives of children and the wider benefit of society. I completed MBBS from the University of Calcutta and came to the United Kingdom in 2004 with that intention. I completed training in Paediatrics mainly in Kent, Yorkshire and London. I got selected for higher speciality training in the East of England and was later selected for a Cambridge rotation on children's epilepsy. I had a good opportunity to learn Paediatric Neurology, Epilepsy and Neurodisability. After my training, I relocated to India, Lucknow, a place where I spent my childhood. I founded the first child development centre of the state and since then it has been about understanding the problems faced by children in Parents with Neurodisability, empowering parents and school for the best outcome possible.I have developed an algorithm based digitally delivered Early intervention with very promising results to improve the outcome of these Neurodisability.
