With over a decade of executive and operational leadership in the nonprofit sector, I am dedicated to creating and executing program solutions that foster spiritual, social, and economic empowerment for individuals, families, and communities. I have a strong background in building innovative cultures, strategic planning, technology adaptation, negotiations, interfaith dialogue, community relations, youth mentoring, partner development, fundraising, and impact evaluation; which I leverage to advance the mission and vision of Restoration Storehouse Center (RSC), a faith-based organization that serves the urban-suburban population of Metro Atlanta, Georgia.As the Executive Director at RSC, I oversee the strategic vision, partnerships, capital projects, stakeholder management, financial administration, and staff development of the organization. I also collaborate with local churches, schools, businesses, and agencies to provide holistic services and resources to our neighbors; such as food, housing support, early childhood education, health care services, and employment programs. New workforce development initiatives, particularly in Electric Mobility, Agribusiness, and Food Entrepreneurship, are geared towards creating lasting change by increasing household income and providing long-term employment opportunities for our families. I hold a Doctor of Ministry degree in Urban Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center. I am intentional and passionate about using my power, skills, and knowledge to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
