I provide support to executives and managers and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Some of my primary duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, drafting correspondences, and managing emails. I also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, often using various software programs such as Microsoft Office. I am also responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are stocked and in good working condition. I keep track of deadlines and appointments, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. I help maintain the office's budget and track expenses, making sure that the office stays within its financial means.

Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations and credentialing database in a Federally funded program that promotes school readiness of children from birth to age five. Maintain computerized record system of Human Resource management. Assists in implementing program policies and procedures to provide a high-quality standard for the overall operation of a children’s center. Manage and execute full life cycle recruiting and selection process. Supports the Site Supervisor in general administrative functions to ensure quality, safety, and all applicable local/state/federal program compliance. Experience with HCM systems and HR practices in training or implementation. Prepares, maintains, and updates child/family files/records in accordance with policies and actions. Administrating and clerical work such as answering phones, responding to emails, and effectively communicating with parents and staff personnel. Expertise providing vital support to office personnel in a variety of office settings handling typical office software and equipment, as well as how to manage many projects at the same time. Capable of managing large amounts of incoming calls while also evaluation of in-person enquiries. Exceptional grammatical and writing skills, as well as great abilities to build and sustain relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are among the essential apps that are used daily.

Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Responsible for entering and storing the data into the electronic data base available in the company. Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports. Conduct health & safety checklist for 10 centers in the metropolitan area. Monitor community centers for safety compliance with state/ federal regulations. Maintain supply, health & safety records.
