Sanjay has been working in the area of research since 1990 when he joined SN Medical College, Agra as a Senior Research Fellow in ICMR supported research study on Reproductive Health Monitoring System. The findings of the study were used in developing National CSSM Program. Again, Sanjay got the chance to work with ICMR Research study on Improvement of RCH services by decentralizing the Subcentre Targets and that helped in framing out the current RCH Program. He was also inducted in many research studies conducted at Department of SPM, SNMC, Agra as a researcher funded by WHO, CARE, ICDS, UNICEF, NACO, etc. Later on, Sanjay moved to Delhi and had worked with leading market research organizations like TNS India, SRI-IMRB, GfK-MODE and USAID Project --SARI Equity Support Program. He also possess experience of working with a training industry like NIS Sparta wherein he was a leader of UNDP TAHA Project team and independently completed the GSACS supported Police Sensitization Trainings on HIV/AIDS.Sanjay has worked with the Centre for Development and Population Activities at Delhi. He was responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of Programs implemented by CEDPA in various states funded by International Donor Organizations. CEDPA India is now Centre for Catalytic Change (C3 India).Currently working as COO in IMPACT Partners in Social Development and looking after the operations and implementation.
