Manage and coordinate with the project team to ensure that the needed technical support is available for implementing the activities at the appropriate time and of high quality.• Coordinate with the Technical Support Team at IMPACT and its implementation or project partners and perform as per their recommendations. • Implement and conduct research, programme implementation and / or capacity building activities as and when required. • Manage research assignments with full responsibility; write proposals, training of research teams, data management including data analysis, report writing, presentations, etc.• Regularly visit field areas for effective monitoring and supervision of the project activities.• Conducting capacity building and training programs for data collection teams.• Design all the training and capacity building initiatives as part of the project activities• Identify technical experts needed for project implementation and supervise their functioning in order to ensure high end technical expertise is provided for project implementation
