Key Achievements:Delivered assessment and development interventions for clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and various locations in Saudi Arabia. Undertook responsibility for the delivery of Saville Consulting Wave training courses as well as being the subject matter expert for the whole range of Saville Consulting’s products. Additionally trained MBTI and FIRO-B as well as various talent development programmes including assessor training IDP writing and feedback skills. Contributed to business development and key account management in addition to the delivery of bespoke client interventions.

Key Achievements:As a result of my input, Saville Consulting was shortlisted for a multi-event global assessment and development initiative with three agencies of the United Nations, (one of only three organisations invited to the final round of consideration). Saville Consulting is also actively discussing opportunities with the World Bank having had no prior links with either of these institutions. Saville Consulting has additionally extended framework agreements with a number of UK Government Departments and has started to actively pursue consultancy opportunities with a number of private sector organisations.

Cranfield, Bedfordshire

Responsible for end-to-end client relationship management, responding to initial enquiries, bid and pitch management, and the design, delivery and evaluation of bespoke and ‘off-the-shelf’ interventions. Primary focus was directed towards bespoke Leadership Development interventions for top/emerging talent within FTSE 100/Fortune 500 organisations as well as select Governmental/Non-Governmental institutions. Key Achievements: Managed the day-to-day delivery of a middle management leadership programme within a highly regulated, safety critical organisation. Extended the programme for two years, thereby assisting 450 managers in their personal and organisational transition from public to private ownership.Took over an emerging talent programme for a global Telecommunications organisation, initially stabilising relationships with both client and partner organisation, before extending the programme for an additional two years.Sole responsibility for identifying the business opportunity, preparing and delivering the pitch and subsequent management of a programme of multinational, multilingual Assessment/Development Centres on behalf of a global Non- Governmental Organisation. In addition to utilising professional networks to enable qualification for the bid, application of technical expertise in the field of assessment/development was required to manage the process of the development of bespoke assessment materials in English and French. Overall client management necessitated negotiating and achieving agreement between the differing requirements of two complimentary agencies, within the constraints imposed by the procurement department of a third agency. Over 18 months, 28 events were delivered for approximately 300 delegates. As a result of this work I was nominated for the Division of Occupational Psychology Practitioner of the Year Award in 2010.

Responsible for delivery of consultancy engagements primarily for UK public sector clients. Additionally contributed to the development and growth of the newly formed Tribal TGC business, through the development and implementation of key internal processes, (for example quality management and bid and risk management procedures). Key Achievements: Managed data collection and data cleanse for the Environment Agency’s Balanced Scorecard programme. Subsequently designed and delivered a series of supporting business process mapping workshops. Programme Office Manager for Mercury Health; overall responsibility for the maintenance of and reporting against Programme Plans, Risks and Mitigation Actions for multiple suppliers and contractors. Responsible for reporting to Mercury Health Board during successful contract negotiations by Mercury Health for the commissioning of six Diagnostic Treatment Centres, (contract award £214 Million).
