Outsourced telecommunications infrastructure management for Banco Itaú. During my work at this company, I was responsible for the maintenance and installation of most of the client's branches in the region of São Paulo and ABC Paulista, among others. In my period of activity I installed, configured and performed maintenance on PBXs of the brands Siemens, Avaya, Intelbras, Alcatel, in addition to performing routine maintenance on the telecom cabling of the client's offices.

I joined this organization designed to participate in a simple project to update Banco do Brasil computers, which consisted of installing and formatting new computers with Linux-based systems. Due to my high performance, in a short time I was included in other projects, working for companies such as Itaú Unibanco, Bando do Brasil, Claro and Porto Seguro. In these projects, I performed the most diverse activities such as technical support, infrastructure maintenance, PBX configuration and installation of CCTV systems, but my greatest achievement was taking the lead role in an inventory project for the relocation of 3 large data centers.
