Responsible for generating comprehensive patient-specific reports using the PODS annotation modules, which include alteration-specific insights, levels of evidence for therapies, and clinical trial matches. I proactively research, annotate, and update information on genomic alterations, protein domains, therapeutic drugs, and clinical trials. This includes analyzing published literature to classify the functional effects and therapeutic relevance of genetic alterations, annotating biomarker-drug relationships, and certifying research completion dates.My role also involves investigating emerging therapeutic evidence for gene-level actionability, particularly for new panels and previously assessed non-actionable genes, ensuring the knowledgebase stays updated with clinically relevant findings. I review and classify evidence levels for biomarker-tumor type-therapy associations, incorporating new FDA drug approvals, guidelines, and clinical trial data into the PODS knowledgebase.
