I am a clinical psychologist with 20 years’ experience, focused on translating evidence-based psychological science into effective therapeutic practice and solutions.I established Proof of Character, specialising in workplace psychological assessments for performance, safety, and wellbeing. This includes working as a Worksafe-approved provider of Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), and undertaking early intervention and rehabilitation assessments for primary and secondary mental injuries. More broadly, Proof of Character provides assessment and advisory services for recruitment and selection, leadership and talent, and psychosocial safety and wellbeing.In clinical practice I work with adults and adolescents (16+) to assess and treat a wide variety of mental health difficulties. This includes mood and anxiety problems, substance abuse issues, chronic pain, and personality and coping difficulties. I have particular expertise in adult ADHD assessments. My prior experience spans public mental health services (crisis, outpatient case management, early psychosis, and adult inpatient roles) and private systems. I am a board-approved supervisor, and provide workshops, lectures, and seminars on psychological assessment and its applications, including previously for Deakin University and ongoing with ISN Psychology.
