Framework Psychology works with adults and older adolescents (15+) experiencing a variety of mental health issues or life challenges. In-person appointments are available in Kew East, Victoria. Our services are available by telehealth, Australia-wide. Our team apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. We also provide assessment services that can evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through methods including interviews, standardised tests, and observation. We provide comprehensive assessments for adult ADHD.
