Co-ordinating and managing all levels of the multi-national manufacturing supply chain to mass produce high quality, cost effective products, that meet logistical and critical launch deadlines. Ranging from in-house design resources, material providers, sub-suppliers and manufacturers through to the product exiting the supplier. Ensuring that all relevant operations of the supply chain are working effectively whilst maintaining the requirements of the end product.- Coordinating the production and design team to mass produce commercially successful product.- Manage a consistent standard of quality across a broad product range, ensuring all product is made to specification and at the quality required. - Creating, Implementing and monitoring detailed Quality control and Quality assurance standards.- Implement and manage all mass production schedules, time-lines, costings and restrictions.- Proactive in production management; implementing detailed production processes to manufacture product most efficiently and avoid issues in manufacturing.- Support designers, manufacturers and suppliers with detailed technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and mass production expertise.- Improve efficiency and reduce the cost of goods, ensuring all new and existing products are produced in an appropriate and cost effective manner. - Manage supplier relationships to benefit the company, conduct high level negotiations with suppliers on productions, orders, costing, pricing, quality and lead-times.

Use creative problem solving and design processes to innovate and create unique product in line with the brand. Acting as a facilitator in the design / production environment, by using suitable design processes and manufacturing techniques to create commercially considered product. Involved with all aspects of the development process, from initial problem solving and ideation through to prototyping, testing, and assisting with bringing product to mass production. - Work creativity within the design development process to balance cost of goods, time and ability to manufacture. - Utilise various design tools such as; CAD, sketching, engineering diagrams and specifications to develop product and deliver these to a set schedule, on budget and on brand.- Understand end user requirements, through prototyping, research and user testing, then build a transfer this knowledge into a final product.

Responsible for creating bespoke packaging, POS and presentation products for a broad customer base. Assigned with creating a tightly constrained design brief though consideration and liaison with the customer, production team and end user. Within these constraints create concepts, prototypes and production samples while adhering to the requirements for deliverables. Responsible for monitoring all commercial and technical aspects of the design, while delivering design specifications for tooling and manufacturing in mass production.- Comprehending the desires of a customer while understanding the technical and manufacturing aspects of a project by translating this into a design / technical brief for the deliverables of product. - Create high quality prototypes; Presentation models, manufactured samples and scale models on tight deadlines. - Concept development and idea generation though perspective rendering, sketching, digital rendering, as well as the creation of presentation material for sales, operations and for manufacturing purposes. - Manage project development and constraints by ensuring the on time, in full, production of all deliverables. - Produce all technical aspects for manufacturing, such as; Tooling and production procedures.
