- Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations for our innovative biological waste management systems and the world’s first agriculture waste-to-biochar conversion unit.- Develop policies and strategies to promote sustainable practices, mitigate environmental risks of biological waste management systems, and offer recommendations on operational standards and best practices.- Engage with regulatory bodies and agricultural stakeholders to advocate for environmentally sustainable agricultural practices and organic solutions.- Develop and deliver internal and customer training programs to ensure safe and legally-compliant operations of our sustainable agricultural biological waste management solutions.- Conduct research and contribute to environmental advocacy initiatives, scholarship, and public discourse to promote the benefits of biochar and the widespread adoption of our sustainable and organic agricultural solutions.- Find grant funding opportunities, recommend funding sources to the CEO, prepare strategic documents, and pursue funding applications.

Robinson (Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law Emeritus) on multiple environmental issues, including the right to healthy environment, environmental impact assessment, and strategic environmental assessment; (b) Prof. Katrina F. Kuh (Haub Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law) in various environmental law publications, including Grieved to Death: Econecrotourism and Equitable Access to the World’s Disappearing Natural Wonders; (c) Prof. Shelby Green (Professor of Law) to support publications on historical and contemporary issues, including Monuments, Slavery, and Holocaust Education in United States; and (d) Josh Galperin (Assistant Professor of Law) on enhancing environmental protection through shareholder democracy.

- Conducted in-depth research on legal and policy questions concerning the right to healthy environment, climate change, sustainable development, environmental justice, and environmental impact assessments in the United States;- Interviewed over 20 experts with diverse academic and professional backgrounds on these issues.

- Acted as counsel, commission, and amicus curiae in several public interest litigations before the High Courts in Pakistan.- Represented various organizations and aggrieved persons before the environmental protection agencies, tribunals, and the High Courts in matters of violations of environmental standards and laws.- Advised multiple corporations, government and non-government organizations, housing societies, hotels, and high-rise buildings on regulatory environmental approvals and compliance. Drafted and revised their policies and bylaws to ensure adherence to domestic and international standards.- Handled advisory work and policy making of over 20 regulatory authorities and public sector companies, including (a) Lahore Waste Management Company (for collection and disposal of the city waste); (b) Punjab Clean Water Company (ensuring clean water across province); (c) Pakistan Single Window (digitalizing Pakistan's cross border trade); (d) Lahore Knowledge Park Company (owning provincial science & technology park of 852 acres); and (e) two real-estate regulatory authorities, namely Lahore Development Authority and Defence Housing Authority. Represented them in negotiation, drafting, and execution of all kinds of agreements, including partnerships, joint ventures, cooperation, liter scrap, waste disposal, power purchase and energy transmission, development, infrastructure, and other project agreements.- Handled over 300 contentious litigation cases in matters concerning environmental, power, energy, oil & gas, arbitration, corporate, civil, contract, intellectual property, international, and constitutional law.- Managed local arbitrations, mediations, and settlements. Concluded over 40 commercial transactions with documentary compliances and regulatory approvals, including acquisitions, mergers, financings, and mortgages.

- Acted as the Secretary to Governing Board of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).- Assisted professors in editing the manuscript of the book "Karl S. Coplan et. al., Climate Change Law: An Introduction, Edward Elgar Publishing (2021)."- Assisted with administration, conferences, meetings, and publications of the Law School and its Professors.- Assisted in developing and implementing the new initiatives of the Law School.- Contributed to social media outreach of the law school, including its newsletters.

- Assisted Dr. Parvez Hassan (Chair Emeritus of the World Commission on Environmental Law of IUCN) in various environmental and constitutional matters pending before the Supreme Court and the High Courts of Pakistan.- Assisted Dr. Parvez Hassan in multiple environmental judicial commissions, including (a) Clean Water Commission for preservation and supply of clean water across Punjab province; (b) Houbara Bustard Commission for conservation of migratory endangered species; (c) Smog Commission to eliminate the winter-smog in Punjab province; (d) Climate Change Commission for implementation of the National Climate Change Policy in Pakistan; (e) Islamabad Environmental Commission to investigate and address issues of enforcement and review of the federal environmental laws; and (f) Child Care Commission to address educational, health, mental, transport, and social requirements of children with special needs and developing their independent complaint redressal system.- Assisted Dr. Parvez Hassan in compiling his book "Resolving Environmental Disputes in Pakistan: The Role of Judicial Commissions", published Pakistan Law House (2018).- Handled corporate transactions, including repatriation, incorporations, leases, mergers, joint ventures, partnerships, and all kinds of agreements.

Research Assistant with Dr. Martin Lau (Former Dean of the Law School; Professor of Law at SOAS University of London):- Contributed to the scholarly research publications relating to the environmental and arbitration laws.- Recognised contribution in his article "The Role of Environmental Tribunals in Pakistan: Challenges and Prospects, 20 Yearbook of Islamic and Middle Eastern Law 1 (2018)."- Formulated expert opinions in multiple extradition proceedings pending before the U.K. Courts.

- Substantively assisted the then Senior Partner, now Justice Jawad Hassan, in multiple environmental and public interest cases before the Supreme Court and High Courts of Pakistan, including (a) to lower conditions on transboundary movement and import of plastic scrap under the Basel Convention; (b) to challenge relocation of 3 sugar mills into key cotton growing areas being destructive for the environment and agriculture industry; (c) to challenge award of 900 MW solar power project to a Chinese company without conducting feasibility study and for damaging the environment and endangered species; and (d) petition arising out of death of an employee of a manufacturer of PVC pipes allegedly caused due to cancer and asbestos exposure.- Assisted in several corporate transactions, litigation before the Supreme Court and High Courts of Pakistan, and various international arbitrations before ICC and ICSID.
