I am a Dynamic Talent Management professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Leadership, Management, Learning & Development, Mentoring, Coaching, Talent management, Talent Acquisition, and recently started leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. The extensive working experience that I have built up over the years as well as the qualifications that I hold specialising in Business Leadership, Psychology and Learning & Development are my cornerstone. I have 2 Degrees in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Psychology. I am a qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and have a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development obtained from the UK. I hold a B-BBEE MDP Qualification.
