Focus after Jan 2018 is to build clientele to substantiate two new facilities as well as an additional acquisition in Fayetteville, PA. This client base provided distribution primarily to an 9 state region, as well as distribution nationwide and abroad as demand required.

Responsibilities included forecast and manage sales and operational expenses, personnel management, including recruiting, training performance reviews, promotional opportunities for staff members, safety and DOT regulation management. Manage DOT-regulated delivery fleet and equipment. Managed sales and distribution to international client base. Member of corporate training team and P&L development and rewrite committee. Business unit/team was awarded annual awards for Sales Growth, ROI, Profit Contribution and Inventory Control measurements. Performed initial training for many newly-hired managers of other business units and travelled to many other business units to conduct training. Presented many seminar topics at corporate meetings, both on sales, financial and operational topics.
