Dr. William Wallace is an educator on health and nutrition. Much of his work is centered in the nutraceutical field; specifically, product development and scientific affairs.William holds a master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance with a focus in Nutritional Sciences. He has published peer-reviewed literature and conducted research in the fields of exercise and nutrition science. William moved from teaching nutrition at the university level into industry where he has worked in clinical research, product development, scientific affairs, quality, and regulatory compliance. Currently, he specializes as a consultant in public education and outreach, product development, and scientific affairs for companies looking to build upon or improve public outreach and/or their product portfolios.
