Dave is a licensed architect with over 10 years of international post-graduate experience and has worked in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto; he became a registered architect in 2015. Dave completed his Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Carleton University in Ottawa, and his Masters of Architecture at The University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Dave’s professional experiences range in use and scale, including complex laboratory, science and technology, healthcare, academic, and institutional projects. Dave has developed an expertise in the delivery of complex municipal and provincial ministry approval submissions for large-scale projects. He has a deep understanding of the delivery requirements and design standards for CSA Z8000 Canadian healthcare facilities, ISO 5-8 cleanrooms, and GMP compliant manufacturing projects in Ontario.Through his work, Dave demonstrates a keen understanding of the intersection between design excellence, project management, Building Information Modeling, and complex building systems.
