Core responsibilities: - Ownership in projects (country/ regional projects) - Developing country yearly strategy - Successful implementation of the new department structure of Outbound team after restructuring - Integrating the new communication framework within the outbound team - Cooperation with central teams to improve processes (communication flow, tooling, task distribution) - Allocating contingent workers under specific projects (building business case of the needs, data analysis of the project performance, evaluating the results) - Cross-department cooperation (HR, Commercial excellence, Product teams, Marketing, Legal) - Managing diverse Sales and Outbound (New Partnerships) teams up to 10 pax - Finding commercial opportunities on the markets - Distributing tasks and projects among team members - Implementation of new products on the markets - Setting the KPI framework and securing its quarterly achievement - Evaluating the performance of the teams and delivering the quarterly review for employees

Core responsibilities:- Delivering the extranet training to the partners to secure hotels' opening and their successful operation on the platform - Data research of the opportunities in the supply (working with closed statuses, cooperation with Credit Control) - Owning the inbound from the partners (notes, emails and phone calls) - Supporting Accounts Managers with commercial tasks (product implementations, performance calls, portfolio analysis)
