Create 3D CAD models, assembly and drawing of Well Completion Tools, Flow control tools, Digital Infrastructure parts and Electrical cabinets. Create sheet metal part models and detail drawing for Halliburton. Drafting support for new product development (i.e., Intelligence completion valves, Packer system, Surface Hydraulic Cabinets, Well Control Modules, Junction Boxes etc…), Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Check Layouts (CLO) to show the mechanism of smart well valves and packers by creating configurations. Interacting with vendor, creating Assembly Drawing and Detailed drawing for installation of electrical equipment used in Oil and Gas industry. Search for STEP, IGES files of different components, contacting the vendor regarding the file and using it suitably in the assembly. Creating various new vendor specification documents for Halliburton. Routing Electrical Wiring details in Solidworks and representation these in drawing. Creating electrical wiring detail and hydraulic schematic drawing using AutoCAD. Create new manufacturing drawing with/without reference document. Create Clarification/Delivery Note and Minutes Of Meeting (MOM). Preparation and final submission of drawings. Interacting with client engineer for any clarification. Maintaining engineering documents to meet quality System requirements. Transfer of knowledge through knowledge management documents.
