Responsible for underwriting credit relationships with commercial property investors, REIT's, multifamily construction projects, hotels, and other various real estate entities. Tasks include periodic reviews of customer credits, generating new credit approvals, and testing covenant compliance on the project and guarantor level. Relationship sizes currently include clients between $2 and $75+ million USD in credit exposure.

Underwrote relationships with commercial clients with revenues in excess of $500 million USD. Transitioned to Senior Underwriter and Promoted to Credit Officer within PNC's Health Care / Not For Profit group with credit authority up to $7MM. Structured credit facilities in conjunction with relationship managers. Attended in-person client calls with relationship managers including initial meetings with prospects.
