I am an experienced global leader who has successfully launched and scaled products, teams, and operations in over 30 new geographies for several leading global software companies, including Google, Yelp, and Podium. Recently, I joined Valsoft, an acquirer and builder of vertical software companies. At Valsoft, I serve as a Managing Director and hold the position of CEO for Cott Systems, an innovator in public property and historic records management for more than 135 years.My expertise is in scaling operations for exponential growth by establishing/optimizing repeatable go-to-market channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. This includes managing a P&L and direct leadership of sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams of 100+. I have a strong strategic and analytical background with an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Stanford. Key career highlights:► Served as the Country Manager/Country CEO (equivalent to SVP, reporting to the CEO) for Podium. Responsible for the growth and profitability of the Australian business. Grew SaaS and Payments ARR from $XM to $XXM.► Served as APAC Managing Director (part of the Executive Leadership team, reporting to the CEO) at Vend. Responsible for the region's strategy, growth, and P&L management. ► Early pre-IPO leadership hire at Yelp where I helped the company to expand into 30+ countries in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM through a combination of buy/build/partner strategies.► Early Google management hire, held a series of leadership roles within Global Sales & Operations which included leading the initial operations for Google apps--supporting 40 countries with teams on the ground in the US, Australia, and Ireland. I also scaled Google's office in Gurgaon, India, and directly led Google's offices in Wroclaw, Poland.
