During my time at Inspired to Care, I have gained invaluable insight into the Adult Social Care sector and the means to support industry providers and professionals. I have been fortunate to work alongside my team who have a combined 25 years experience in the field; from frontline care to senior management positions, we strive to help all professionals registered with us in Leicester and Leicestershire with their employment needs. Took charge on project called Central Way Celebrations which concluded spoken word workshops led by artist and writer John Berkavitch. The Central Way project was designed to inspired children to reflect on their time in lockdown, exploring creative ways to approach sudden changes in your everyday life. I created an events plan detailing security, emergency arrangements, parking/facilities, crowd control and attendance, technical requirements, budget, programming, site plan, stakeholder directory and risk assessments for the final celebration. I managed to receive grants and funding from Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation, Leicester City Festivals and Parks Team, and Leicester City Cycle Committee.

Within two months of employment, I was moved up to the exclusive Director's Lounge due to giving guests the most upbeat and professional experience whilst meeting company goals of upselling packages and products.
