Over nearly 11 years at Accenture, I worked on a variety of technology and consulting projects, with my final position on the Sustainability Services team in Strategy & Consulting.Highlights include:•Developed the stakeholder engagement strategy and established contact with renewable energy industry stakeholders that gained informed insights into challenges facing the energy transition through questionnaires, interviews, and email.•Conducted a risk assessment on energy transition components and equipment vulnerable to supply chain disruptions. My detailed analysis provided detailed insights into which of the most critical technologies were at risk of delivery, and the consequences for the energy transition.• Technical input on sustainability topics to project teams, including energy and emissions regulation, circular economy, and nature.•Business model analysis of small-to-medium sized NGOs and developed recommendations to enhance their long-term viability in the face of increased competition for funding. •Led quality assurance and testing teams across several technology programs with a federal government client, with team members located across multiple sites and countries.•Developed detailed tracking processes, including analysis and reporting on quality assurance metrics, insights into improvement initiatives that significantly reduced resolution timeframes and overall numbers of defects. •During program-wide downsizing, I drove the improvement in quality and productivity of the team I was leading, while managing expectations and relationships with key stakeholders.•Placement with an offshore team to upskill and enhance their understanding of the client’s requirements and processes while also building rapport between the teams. •Built relationships with site-based staff of varying technology proficiency levels, that assisted with the acceptance of the new IT system within an asset-intensive client, requiring a calm and methodical approach.

I undertook a ten week internship as part the sales team on the Commodities Desk. This primarily involved project based work, researching and approaching potential clients, along with gaining an understanding of Barclays Capital’s products and investment banking in general.
