Taking Effivity to new heights...

Was instrumental in coming up with the initial architecture, design, infrastructure and had the primary responsibility for selection of tools & technologies, libraries and software platforms. Was responsible for forming a new IT team from scratch which included talented set of freshers and a mix of experienced hires to fill in the positions of Leads and Architect. Was responsible for the budget allocation, tracking and control of product development costs. Handled performance appraisals, kept the team motivated and managed to retain top talents. Mentored the junior resources and helped them ramp up and come up to speed. Worked with the Marketing team in coming up with the product site and performed design and content reviews. Arranged mechanisms to gather feedback from the customers, analysed them and took suitable actions.

Joined Intel as a Junior Developer and slowly rose through the ranks and handled senior positions. Handled multiple roles like Program Manager, Project Manager, Tech Lead, Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Validation Engineer in a career spanning ~12 years.

Was outsourced to Intel Technology as a Contractor

Learned the ropes of Software Development at Prologic. Was part of critical projects like Hotelsources.net, coolres.com and Prologic First's core Hotel Management software. Joining a product based company like Prologic helped me learning the best practices of software development at an early age.
