Research has primarily focused on personal selling, customer service, and healthcare marketing with articles published in numerous journals, including the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, Psychology and Marketing, and Journal of Healthcare Marketing. Main teaching areas have been sales-related courses, as well as a variety of marketing courses including Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Industrial Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Marketing Research. Along with teaching in undergraduate and MBA programs, experience teaching in both EMBA and Ph.D. programs, as well as online and hybrid environments.
