Hi, I am Deepshikha, founder of "The Hearth".I am an Emotional Empowerment Expert by profession helping working women heal their past traumas and build emotional strength.Since childhood, I have been very much connected with my emotions and helping other people. However, I never understood the power of my emotions as being emotional wasn't considered a good trait for success when I was growing up. So, it lead me (with certain other factors) towards a confused childhood and teenage. I ended up making so many random decisions because of my misunderstood emotions.Thanks to conversations around mental health, I came to know about life Coaching, different therapy methods, empowerment, emotional intelligence and the power that we have within.I came to understand being emotionally available and having the ability to create a safe space for others is one of the rarest qualities if harnessed well is a great service to the planet.I know there are so many women just like me, who have faced similar things like me. And I also understand that it leaves us with a lot of trauma because we rarely get the opportunity to process our emotions and deal with them in a constructive manner, especially negative emotions. If people have told you things like, "you're too emotional, too sensitive" you understand what I am saying.It also makes us sometimes easy prey to predators which leaves us scarred. But, you know what by strengthening the power of our emotions, by empowering ourselves emotionally, we can be as emotional as we want, communicate better boundaries around us and experience a much deeper connection with life.This brings me to the services that I provide for women like me to empower themselves and harness their emotional strength by processing and releasing what's holding them back.
