Multi-site role overseeing both O2 Arena and Croydon facilities from pre-sales/launch to operation

Pre-Opening/pre-sale, and current General Manager of the 31,000sqft Oxygen Freejumping flagship site in Croydon, London. Opened in April 2017. Overseeing pre-sales and now generating over £4m annually with approximately 70 staff and 7 direct reports. I am directly responsible for all operational and commercial activities within the groups flagship park. The park services record numbers of customers within the group within a changing, complex emerging industry.

Responsible for all business areas from financial management, personnel management, and strategic direction of the leading sport education and infrastructure provider in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. Developing 5 mainstream sports programs including soccer and basketball for all levels of ability and ages for local and international children. My responsibilities as General Manager are to work with the Arena staff to maximise facility usage, sponsorship opportunities, bar sales and exposure of the venue in the Shanghai market.
