Conducted preliminary ex post evaluation of 10 projects aimed to mainstream, conserve and promote biodiversity from across India under the Natural Resource Management Portfolio of UNDP India.Analyzed currently running projects like Secure Himalaya and Indian Highland Landscape Project based on secondary data to show their potential impact on environment, economy and society as a whole. Evaluated past projects based on their results and illustrated the impact they had on mainstreaming, conservation and sustainability.Based on the analysis of current and past projects created a knowledge product which shows the impact of the work being done by the UNDP Natural Resource Department.

As Indian Delegate for 2018 Y20 Summit , I was responsible for presenting and advocating the needs and aspirations of India's youth. The two deliverable of the summit were: A policy recommendation paper for G20 leaders and the Social Innovation Platform

Under the Strategic Studies Department of ORF: Authored two commentaries on the Refugee Policy of India with specific focus on two Refugee groups,namely, Rohingyas of Myanmar and Chakma - Hajongs of Bangladesh. CyFy 2017: Participated in an International Conference on Technology, Security and Society As rapporteur penned reports for events organized by ORF, on the subjects of Countering Terrorism andExtremism in Europe, Foreign Policy, Threat of Nuclear Armament in South Asia etc. Part of the organizing team for Raisina Dialogue 2018: ORFs annual multilateral conference incollaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs.

As Research Assistant under the Swatchh Bharat Mission Initiative, a Flagship Scheme of Government of India aimed at transforming the nation with a simple idea of managing its waste and sanitation, I was:- Part of the team which created a National Manual on latest Solid Waste Management Practices.- Organized Exposure Workshops aimed to educate municipal officials from 100 cities and towns of India on latest Solid Waste Management Practices.

• Part of team which created 55 e-learning modules for Municipal Solid Waste Management course series for Ministry of Urban Development’s Online Learning Program. This entailed research and identification of best practices in Solid Waste Management across cities and towns of India. Swachh Bharat E learning Portal• Traveled across the state of Tamil Nadu to shoot for the documentary film contemporary waste management practices. • Wrote a report for the Supreme Court of India on the state of Waste Pickers in the New Delhi • Conducted capacity building workshop for children and parents of waste picker community on the issue of “Gender Base Violence”.• Contributed to stakeholders meeting to formulate “Extended Producers Responsibility”.

Created and executed a training workshop model to help Homeless Street children cope with the problems of substance abuse.Authored a report of a special workshop conducted to build capacity of street children to help their peers in the de addiction process.

Worked as Research and Legislative Associate to Member Parliament during the 2014-15 parliamentary sessions. My work entailed :1. Research assistance for speeches, prepared press notes, petitions and letter to Union and State Level Ministers. 2. Preparing policy briefs and inputs for parliamentary interventions – debates, questions and discussions for the MP on:(i) Economic Issues: Budgetary analysis, Trade related disputes, Inflation, Farmer Suicides andAgriculture, Taxation.(ii) Legislative Bills: Goods and Services Tax Constitutional Amendment Bill (2015), Insolvency andBankruptcy Code 2015, Citizenship Amendment Bill 2015 etc.(iii) International and Geopolitical issues: The China – India Border Dispute in Arunachal Pradesh, ParisClimate Change Accord, Petroleum product pricing in the International market, China’s Militaryinitiative with Pakistan, World Happiness Report 2015 of the United Nation.(iv) Social and Environmental issues relating to national health, sanitation and education etc.
